How did we start

John J Ingram started the business in Midland Tx with the intention of helping people with disabilities, providing services to help them obtain their social security benefits.

With that vision and with the effort of his team and the support of his wife Marcia Ingram, John J. Ingram & associates grew and expanded to additional locations in Texas, increasing the number of approvals for our claimants.

The vision of Mr. and Mrs. John J. Ingram is to always help those in need with free advice and free consulting to obtain Social Security benefits.

Today, under the leadership of Luis Cortazar as Director and main representative for John J Ingram and Associates, the legacy continues.

Luis Cortazar has been a close friend to the Ingram family since 1974 and was invited to participate in the business in 2010. In 2016 he became the main representative for John J Ingram and associates and continues to lead the team with one objective: to provide the same quality of service to our claimants that John Ingram always encouraged and expected of his team members.

Luis Cortazar was born in El Paso Tx and he is fully bilingual. The John J Ingram and Associates processing center is located in El Paso Tx. We provide Disability representation before the Social Security Administration to people who live in Texas and New Mexico.
